Cash on Delivery is now available for ordering your products from hilaptop.comwith some following conditions :-
- Your minimum order amount must be ₹500 or more. In smaller orders than that, only PrePaid orders will be accepted.
- In case of Laptops and Desktop Computers, COD is available. However, you will need to deposit ₹500 in our Payment Gateway for security at hilaptop.com in order to confirm your order. This is done to avoid fake orders, and to prevent unnecessary return courier charges when the customer does not pay for his order at his/her Doorstep for no reason. Please note that the amount of ₹500 which is deposited in advance is just for security and you (the Customer) will have to pay ₹500 less than your order’s total at the time of delivery.
- This does not mean that you will need to keep the product as it is in case it arrives in a not working state. You are covered with our 15 days MoneyBack Guaranteein case of a wrong product being received or you get your product damaged or in not working state. Full support will be provided. - Labor involved in fixing/repairing or troubleshooting any problems that are occurring.
- The cost involved in repairing/servicing of the laptop in case it causes any problems within the said time.

How will I give the product back to you for repair/servicing?
After you send your details via email sharing your issue, we will take appropriate action and will reply you back with the Shipping Details. A Pickup executive will come at your doorstep to pickup your product, please give them your Product with original product given to you along with the Box and safety materials so that the product won’t be damaged in the Return Transit. It will take a week maximum to reach the product back to us and then after servicing or any Appropriate work done on your laptop, it will be again checked with our Internal Checklist so that your product is again 100% Fully Functional so that you will not face any problem and will dispatch the product back to your address and will provide the Tracking number of the Replacement Order at the My Orders section of this website!
